Morocco tour from Casablanca, Itinerary:

DAY 1: CASABLANCA AIRPORT ARRIVAL – PICK UP AND OVERNIGHT AT HOTEL :

Today is your first day in Morocco tour from Casablanca. At the airport Mohammad V airport in Casablanca, you will receive a warm welcoming before we transfer you to the hotel. You will have enough free time to explore the downtown and the Atlantic ocean.

The overnight is at your accommodation.

DAY 2: CASABLANCA VISIT – RABAT – SLEEP IN CHEFCHAOUEN :

Breakfast is served at the hotel before we start exploring the commercial capital in Morocco. The tour begins with visiting  Hassan 2 Mosque. It is the 2nd largest mosque in the World. It can contain over 25.000 worshippers. After that, we will visit Mohamed V square where most of the administrations are located. The tour continues by driving toward Rabat city (the capital of Morocco) where we will visit Hassan Tower which was built in the 12-the century. the still-standing 11th-century Ordains Kasbah is the next place we will visit.  It is established with an amazing Andalusian style. It has a fascinating architecture overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Salé.

Later on, we will proceed with our tour driving through the wonderful Rif’s villages where to observe an interesting lifestyle.  In the afternoon, we arrive at the lovely Chefchouen. The night will be at a nearby Riad.

DAY 3: EXPLORING CHEFCHAOUEN – FREE WALK:

Before we start exploring Chechouen (the blue city) accompanied by a local guide, you will have breakfast at your accommodation. The city is one of the most brilliant cities in Morocco.  Small and simple to explore, with enough winding ways and back streets to keep you occupied. You will visit the Kasbah. It is a vigorously re-established post that currently contains a beautiful garden, a little ethnographic Museum, and a considerable and also a small art gallery.

Keep in mind that each section of the city is a fascination that will make you meandering starting with one spot then onto the next before you get the opportunity to enjoy the breathtaking sunset. A while later, we will head to our accommodation where we spend the rest of the evening.

DAY 4: CHEFCHAOUEN – VOLUBILIS VISIT – MEKNES – FES :

Proceeding the journey towards Fes comes after having breakfast at the accommodation. On the way, we will stop at Volubilis, which is the most important Roman Empire ruins in Morocco, to explore this extraordinary archeological site.

The next place we visit is Moulay Idriss. It is a religious town based upon the rough slopes, with the structures tumbling down. After that, we will continue our journey towards Meknes. This imperial city was built in the 17th-century. Here, we will stop for lunch and stroll through the old medina (the old town). Next, we will explore the amazing and the biggest door in Africa Bab El Mansour, and also appreciate a visit to Moulay Ismail royal residence. Later on, we will head to Fes where you will spend the night in an extravagant Moroccan riad.

 

DAY 5: FES SIGHTSEEING :

The tour resumes in day number six to explore Fez city after having breakfast at your accommodation. Fez is regarded as the spiritual and cultural capital of Morocco. On your day exploring the city, you will stroll through the full of life souks, and alleyways. You will also visit the great Royal Palace gate which is located between Fez El Bali (the old town) and Fez El Jadid (the new town).

The journey continues to visit Al Qaraouine University (UNESCO World Heritage and the first established university in the world), the Tanneries, and the Attarine museum.

Exploring Fez El Bali more deeply comes after having lunch. This includes the incredible Bab Boujloud which is the principal gate of the Medina (city). While visiting this very ancient and historical city, you will observe handy-made craft with brilliant Moroccan style, leatherwork, metalwork, etc. Before we get back to the accommodation, we will have a drink at a café/restaurant where you will enjoy the landscape of the entire city.

DAY 6: FES – IFRAN – AZROU – BENI MELLAL :

In that day of the Morocco tour from Casablanca we will leave Fez towards Beni Mellal comes after having breakfast at the accommodation. Traveling through the High Atlas Mountains offer fascinating landscapes. During our journey, we will visit the beautiful Ifrane. This city is also called Switzerland of Morocco.

The tour proceeds to stop at the Cedar Forest where Berber apes live. It is located between Azrou town and Ifrane.

Continuing your journey, we will travel through the gorgeous landscapes of the area. On the way, you will appreciate the beautiful villages of the Atlas Mountains. It is the most colorful area for Berber people, particularly Zayn’s tribe. Our next stop is Beni Mellal where we visit Ein Asrdon Gardon and well-known Kasbah. This Kasbah is situated over slopes offering a sentimental landscape on the area and an exquisite sunset. The overnight will be spent at the hotel/riad.

 

DAY 7: BENI MELLAL – OUZOUD – MARRAKECH :

In the first part of the day, you will appreciate the lovely landscape of the Middle Atlas after having breakfast at your accommodation. The next step will be leaving the area traveling through the Atlas Mountains to a place that is known for the Zayan tribe where Berber people farm their lands and ladies making breeds. Here, we will be able to observe people’s lifestyles. In Ouzoud Cascades, you will have lunch and experience hiking in the beautiful lacs. A short time later, we will drive to Marrakech.

The overnight is spent at a riad. This how the seventh day of the tour comes to an end.

 

DAY 8: VISITING MARRAKECH :

The 8th day of the Morocco tour from Casablanca is devoted to exploring the interesting sightseeing and the cultural monuments of Marrakech. With a local guide, you will be accompanied to visit Koutoubia Mosque (a still-standing 12th-century), and Majorelle gardens that were created by the French artist in 1923. The journey proceeds to visit the Saadian Tombs that return to the 16th-century.

DAY 9: ESSAOUIRA SIGHTSEEING :

We will leave Marrakech towards Essaouira after having breakfast at the accommodation. Essaouira, which offers fascinating views overlooking the fishing port. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is a very ancient seaside city. Its seaport fortress returns to the eighteenth century.

Essaouira is famous for its solid breezes. there’s a yearly festival of “Gnawa music”, where numerous melodic gatherings come from different nations of Africa and the world. When we arrive at Casablanca, we visit Hassan 2 Mosque which is regarded as the second biggest mosque in the world. This incredible and giant building is able to contain more than 25.000 worshipers directly on the tip of the rocky bay over the sea.

 

DAY 11: CASABLANCA – AIRPORT TRANSFER INCLUDED :
