6 Days Morocco Tour, Itinerary:

DAY 1 : CASABLANCA – RABAT :

We will be waiting for you at the airport/hotel in Casablanca. The driver will give you a short overview of your 6 days Morocco tour exploring Fez, Chefcouen, and Tangier.

The tour begins with visiting some interesting places in Morocco’s capital economy, Casablanca. As soon as we are in Casablanca, we will visit the Mosque Hassan 2. It is the 3rd largest mosque in the World. It can contain over 25.000 worshippers. After that, we will visit Mohamed V square where most of the administrations are located. The tour continues by driving toward Rabat city (the capital of Morocco) where we will visit Hassan Tower which was built in the 12-the century. the still-standing 11th-century Ordains Kasbah is the next place we will visit.  It is established with an amazing Andalusian style. It has a fascinating architecture overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Salé.

By the evening, you will be at your hotel.

DAY 2: RABAT – VOLUBILIS – MEKNES SIGHTSEEING :

Eating breakfast at your accommodation is followed by traveling to visit Volubilis. It is the most prominent Roman Empire ruins in the whole of Morocco. After that, we will head to visit the holy town Moulay Idriss which is not far from Volubilis. It is a town built over the rocky hills. It is important where a religious festival is held yearly.

Meknes, which one of the Moroccan imperial cities, is our next direction. In Meknes, you will visit the famous Bab Mansour which is a gateway to the Medina. You’ll also have a visit to Sahrij Basin, Moulay Ismail Mausoleum, souks (authentic markets), and the amazing alleys of the ancient city.

After you have supper at the riad, you may want to visit the famous Lahdim square.

DAY 3: MEKNES – FES DAY VISIT :

When you finish having breakfast, you will head to the most important imperial city in Morocco. After almost one hour of driving, you arrive at the cultural and religious capital. During our journey, you will explore its interesting souks, alleyways, and ancient monuments. Royal Place which has seven gates. It is regarded as an astonishing model of modern restoration. The following place is the Riads headquarter which is the first-ever one was built in Morocco.

Proceeding the tour, we will visit other cultural and historical sites including Al Qaraouine University (the first established university in the world), the Tanneries, and the Attarine museum. After having lunch, we will continue our journey to explore Fez Elbali (the old town), which is a UNESCO World Heritage, where you visit Madrassa Bouanania, stroll through the alleyways, Bab Boujlould which is the main entrance of Fez city.

For those who like shopping, Fez El Bali is rich in local craft-work with brilliant Moroccan slippers, leather-work, metalwork, rainbow-glass lamps, and tiles displayed over the district. We will head to visit the new town where we may have a drink, in the afternoon.

You’ll spend the overnight at the hotel/riad.

DAY 4: FES – CHEFCHAOUEN SIGHTSEEING :

Chefchouen is where we will be driving after having breakfast. On our way, you’ll enjoy the fascinating Rif Mountains where you may want to take pictures of the wonderful landscapes and Berber villages. After having many breaks enjoying the views on the way, we reach Chefchouen where you’ll have lunch.

Accompanied by a local guide, the tour proceeds to visit the breathtaking winding paths and alleys of the town. You’ll be guided to visit the fascinating restored Kasbah where the beautiful garden, ethnographic Museum, and a small art gallery.

The whole town of Chefchouen is an attraction for visitors with its blue alleys, walls, and buildings. Here, you’ll appreciate the wonderful sunset over the city. Later on, you’ll be driven toward the riad you will be staying in.

DAY 5: CHEFCHAOUEN – TETAOUEN – TANGIER :

Taking a walk in the city comes after having breakfast at the hotel. Before the 6 days Morocco tour continues to drive through Rif’s mountains to Tetouan, you will get refreshed in the waterfalls of Ras El-Maa. In Tetouan, you’ll get the chance to explore Artisanal school where you observe masters teaching apprentices traditional arts. We will proceed with the tour exploring and visiting many interesting monuments and sightseeing in Tetouan after having lunch at a local restaurant. Before we arrive at Tangier traveling through the coast road to spend the night at a riad/hotel, we will have a break at the brilliant seaside cities and beaches.

DAY 6: TANGIER – ASSILAH – CASABLANCA :

After eating lunch at your accommodation, we will have a visit to Tangier beach and the new town of Tangier which is known for its late 19th and early 20th-century architecture.

The next place we will visit the beautiful seaside town of Assilah (Northwest Morocco). Asssilah is Asilah is a brilliant and crisp little destination that furnishes a sample of Spain blended with Moroccan customs. The main attractions of the city are whitewashed of the ancient section of the town. They are changed every year, and visitors could stroll for hours appreciating every little piece of work. Most of the sites and monuments were established in the 15th-century.

Having a nice Moroccan lunch is followed by traveling back to Casablanca. We will transfer you to your hotel/ airport. The 6 days Morocco tour comes to an end!
