Tour from Marrakech, Itinerary: 

DAY 1 : MARRAKECH – AIT BEN HADDOU KASBAH – OUARZAZATE – DADS VALLEY :

You start your 7 Days tour From Marrakech. The visit begins from Marrakech by lifting you up your inn/riad or the airport, we will pass through the Atlas mountains by means of the Tizi N Tichka Pass, taking a break for some photographs of the Berber towns where you may love stroll  see explore Berber villages. During the journey, you will visit seventeenth century kasbah in Telouet’s town.

We’ll drive toward Ouarzazate where we will explore the fortified Ait ben Haddou kasbah (UNESCO World Heritage) and kasbah Taourirt whic is one of the most mysterious Kasbahs in the area. After a short time, we will head to Skoura. It is a town that overlooks various brilliant kasbahs including the still-standing eighteenth century Kasbah of Ameridhil. The next place we will enjoy visiting is Kalaat Mgouna that is nicknamed the valley of roses for its beautiful roses where rosewater, perfume and orher such things are produced.

After arriving at Dades valley, you’ll appreciate  seeing many interesting Berber villages and the fascinating rock formation  “the monkey toes” alongside numerous nomadic scenes and  astounding gorges canyons and its insane road of Tissdrine where you’ll witness the breathtaking sunset.

DAY 2 : DADES VALLEY – TODGHA GORGE – MERZOUGA SUNSET :

After breakfast at the riad, the second day of the tour includes visiting Todraa gorges (series of limestone river canyons) where you will have enough free time to appreciate the amazing landscapes and views of Berber villages over the valley. You’ll also be able to stroll under the 300m high cliff where many rock-climbers enjoy hiking. It is one of the top choices for them to enjoy thir favorite sport. The tour proceeds to Merzouga going through tinjdad, where you’l have lunch,Erfoud and Rissani while admiring the incredible scenes of Sahara Oasis.

In Merzouga,you will enjoy sipping a Saharn mint tea before you get the opportunity to unwind and feel the desert serenading you in the riad. you may love to go for a stroll in Merzouga exploring area. Before you go back to your accommodation to spend the overnight, you will enjoy the fascinating sunset over the sand dunes.

DAY 3 :MERZOUGA AREA – SUNSET :

In the early morning,  you will be already up to enjoy the breathtaking sunrise. After that, you will return to the accommodation to have breakfast. Today is devoted to explore the lifestyle of the area.

Today’s plan will includes going through the dunes of Sahara desert to visit  KHAMLIA village where Gnawa live (originaly from other African countries like Mali and Sudan). You’ll visit the Gnawa people  to experience listening to their music (Gnawa music is a well known style of music with a plentiful reportory of ancient African Islamic spiritual religious songs), and abserve the interesting lifestyle’ area. Nearby Merzouga, there is a lake with  various kinds of birds including Flamingos.  Rissani – Sijilmassa – where the largest souks in Morocco, is the next destination. It’s an authentic city and origination of a great deal of rulers in Morocco history. Rissani was also the gathering place for the African convoys. Here you’ll stroll through the souk where you’ll find flavors, vegetables, garments, spieces and many other interesting products being sold. They are very dynamic and authentinc markets.

After a warm nomadic welcoming to have a Saharan special mint tea, you will get yourself ready to camp in the Sahara desert. On your way, you will ride camels through the magic sand dunes of Erg-Chebbi (the largest desert in Morocco).

Your accommodation will be a nomad tent where you’ll have supper under the beautiful stars. Before that you will admire the fascinating sunset over the highest sand dunes in Morocco. Beside the campfire, you will have the chance to enjoy the traditional music and listening to drums with some dancers around. The campfire is provided with all the means that make you comfortable (Bathrooms and showers..).

DAY 4 : MERZOUGA – DESERT – TAFILALT OASIS – IFRANE – FES :

After appreciating the breathtaking sunrise , you will make your way back to your accommodation in Merzouga where you will have breakfast. On the way back, you will enjoy the special beauty of sand dunes of Erg Chebbi.

Leaving Merzouga, you will travel through Ziz Valley, which is famous for the huge palm groves, and the various crops, and Erfoud (an amzing town where to explore the amazing work-shops fossils). Preceeding the tour, you will travel through Ziz Gorges, where to enjoy a rocky passage, and Oued Ziz through the beautiful Oued oasis. In Errachidia town, you will have lunch at a local restaurant with a rare hospitality. During the journey, we will visit the largest woodland in Morocco (Cedar Forests). It is located near to Azrou town which means “rock”. This woodland is a home for Berbary apes.

The next stop before we reach Fez is Ifrane. It is nicknamed the Switzerland of Morocco. It is located in the Middle Atlas.

Your accommodation will be at a hotel/riad in Fez.

DAY 5 : FES DAY SIGTHSEEING :

In the fifth day of our tour from Marrakech, we resume our visits by exploring Fez city after having breakfast at your accommodation. Fez is regarded as the spiritual and the cultural capital of Morocco. On your day exploring the city, you will stroll through the full of life souks, and alleyways. You will also visit the great Royal Palace gate which is located between Fez El Bali (the old town) and Fez El Jadid (the new town).

The journey continues to visit Al Qaraouine University (UNESCO World Heritage and the first established university in the world), the Tennaries, and the Attarine museum.

Exploring Fez El Bali more deeply comes after having lunch. This inludes the incredible Bab Boujloud which is the principal gate of the Medina (city). While visiting this very ancient and historical city, you will observe handy-made craft with brilliant Moroccan style, leather work, meatl work etc. Before we get back to the accommodation, we wil have a drink at a café/restaurant from where you will enjoy the landscape of the entire city.

DAY 6 : FES – VOLUBILIS – MEKNES SIGTHS – RABAT :

The destination is Rabat (the current capital of Morocco). After having breakfast, the tour begins with traveling through Volubilis. After visiting It is the most important ruins of the Roman Empire in Morocco (Volubilis), you will head one of the important imperial cities in Morocco, Meknes. Bab El Mansour, which is the gate of the old Medina, is the first we visit in Meknes. Before we leave Meknes and head to Rabat, we will visit Sahrij Souani Basin ,which was built in the era of Moulay Ismail to provide water for people, and The sumptuously adorned Moulay Ismail Mausoleum.

At the hotel/riad, you will spend the overnight in Rabat.

DAY 7 : RABAT SIGTHS AND CASABLANCA :

After having a Moroccan breakfast at your accommodation, you will be guided  to visit the brilliant Rabat. During your day, you’ll explore the Hassan Tower that was established in the twelfth century .Later on, you will visit Ordains Kasbah which is a still-standing eleventh-century which has an Andalusian-style. It provides a wonderful view over to Salé city and the Atlantic Ocean . Before traveling toCasablanca which the principle business capital of Morocco. fIn Casablanca,  we’ll visit Hassan 2 Mosque (the second biggest mosque in the world). It is one of the incredible accomplishment of morocco engineering. Place Mohamed V where the country’s administrations are located, is the following place we will visit.In Casablanca the tour comes to an end. We will drop you at a place of your choice (airport/ hotel..).
